In the spring of Covid 19 we escaped our cabin fever with a drive up the road to Cave Creek, stopping here and there to take pictures of the blooming saguaros. Last summer I spent weeks in Connecticut, alone a great deal as Jeni started to work in NY. Every day, twice a day, I walked her beautiful neighborhood, enjoying the gardens and quaint New England homes. These sunflowers grew near the parking lot of a dentist's office and greeted me each day as I rounded the corner. Thank you to the dentist who placed them there to brighten our days.
